  • All fields must be completed or your request will NOT be processed.
  • If the same borrower, a written transfer letter from the borrower – signed and dated – must be emailed to [email protected]. Borrower’s Authorization Form is not acceptable.
  • If a new borrower, a transfer letter is not required.
  • If a new borrower, please indicate in the Notes field at the bottom of the form.
  • If an appraisal has been completed, we will email you with instructions for payment.
  • Input any additional information in the Notes field at the bottom of the form.
  • FHA ONLY: Processing time to complete the transfer of the case number and appraisal (if applicable) could take up to 5 days.
